　　促進基本公共衛(wèi)生服務逐步均等化的重要內容，是深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的重要工作，是我國政府針對當前城鄉(xiāng)居民存在的主要健康問題，以兒童、孕產婦、老年人、慢性疾病患者為重點人群，面向全體居民免費提供的最基本的公共衛(wèi)生服務，開展服務項目所需資金主要由政府承擔，城鄉(xiāng)居民可直接受益。
